Fes to Merzouga Desert Tour 3 Days Itinerary:

Day 1: Fes - Ifrane - Cedar Forest - Ziz Valley - Merzouga Desert

In the morning after breakfast, depart to Merzouga via Ifran Moroccan Swiss style of town and cedar forests it where that we will stop for a while to enjoy seeing monkeys climbing the trees. Then Lunch is in Midelt, “the apple capital”, at the foot of the Ayachi Mountain.

We continue over the Tizi-n-Talremt pass and through the Ziz Valley, which is particularly well-known for its palm trees and the length of the oasis. All along the road there are innumerable “ksars”, small villages of individual houses. From here we reach Er Rachidia and then Erfoud, famous for its date festival and fossils.

Arrive Merzouga where Morocco's unique dunes, then start your camel trip into the middle of the dunes in order to see the sunset then after you will arrive to the bivauc and spend the night under nomadic tent.

Overnight accommodation in a comfortable desert camp including dinner & breakfast.

Day 2: Merzouga - Rissani - Todra Gorges

Day 3: Todra gorges - Ait hani - Gorges Amellagou - Rich - Fes
