Terms & Conditions

By booking a tour with Aspects Of Morocco (hereafter referred to as “We”, “Us”, and “Our”) you will be accepting the following conditions on behalf of all individuals using our services, by virtue of a booking made by you.

YOUR USE OF OUR SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING A TOUR. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU SHOULD NOT PATRONIZE ASPECTS OF MOROCCO.

Travel Documentation

You are responsible for obtaining required travel documents. Travelers from some countries will need to obtain a visa to enter Morocco as well. It is your responsibility to ensure that all passport and visa requirements are met.

Tour Booking Process and Payment

You will be provided with a detailed itinerary and all-inclusive price for that itinerary. There is no deposit required for day trips, but for longer tours your booking will not be confirmed unless we receive a 30% deposit of your total balance, which can be paid by PayPal or bank transfer. The balance of the invoice is paid in Morocco upon your arrival.

Changes to Your Booking

We are responsible for ensuring that the trip you have booked (land only) is fully supplied as described in the itinerary. We always do our best to provide what is planned, but please be aware of the fact that Morocco is a third world country – roads can be slow, weather interference, activities may be cancelled, etc. Therefore, a certain degree of flexibility is appreciated.

If you desire to make changes to your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. While you are on the tour, we are able to arrange a variety of activities and are flexible, but the hotel selections cannot be changed once the tour starts. Should you decide to deviate from your planned itinerary, any additional expense resulting from such action must be paid directly to those providing the service. If we cannot honor requested changes to your booking, you have the choice of proceeding with your tour as described in the itinerary or you may cancel your tour. Cancellation charges are described below.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests or needs (e.g., dietary, disability, etc.), please notify us as soon as possible in the booking process. Be aware that many riads and sites require that you can climb stairs and are not wheelchair accessible, for example. If there are special requests we cannot meet, we will inform you prior to booking your trip. No compensation will be paid to you, if special requests are not fulfilled.

Cancellation Policy

You are expected to notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your travel arrangements. Because your accommodations are booked well in advance, your deposit may be non-refundable. Cancellation charges vary according to the advance notice given.

In very unusual and rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your tour. In that case, we will refund your deposit, but we are not liable to pay any other compensation to you. Unforeseen circumstances may include natural disaster, war or civil unrest, etc.

Insurance

In spite of the fact that we will do everything possible to ensure your safety and satisfaction during your stay, Aspects Of Morocco is not liable for any personal injury or loss that happens en route to Morocco or while visiting Morocco. As Morocco is a third world country, the local insurance is unreliable, and Aspects Of Morocco does not provide travel insurance coverage for you. It is therefore strongly recommended that you obtain appropriate and comprehensive travel insurance that will cover you in cases of illness, injury, death, cancellation, baggage loss, delays and others.
